	I have completed my PhD at University of Turku (Finland) in 1995 and have been working as a postdoctoral researcher at University of Zurich (1996) and at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (1996-1998). In 2005 I have moved to the UK and am curently Professor of Ecology at Royal Holloway, University of London.
